I just learned to make it-crispy rice
Hee hee, I also learned from others to make this. I've been coveting it for a long time, and I finally made it. But there are also failures...
Go to TKV with friends in the evening and bring it to everyone (but you have to take it secretly... Hehe)

Prepare the ingredients and heat the rice in the microwave for 30 seconds.

    2
Bring a basin, then mix rice rice, salad oil (appropriate amount), black sesame seeds, garlic powder, starch, and appropriate amount of salt, mix well, set aside.
  • Make step 2

Then rub the rice vigorously, otherwise it will disperse when frying. Just like kneading dough, work hard.
  • Make step 3
    4
Place the rice ball on the chopping board and roll it into slices with a rolling pin.
  • Make step 4
    5
Cut it into small pieces with a knife,(originally cut it into a five-pointed star, which is very beautiful, but I can't cut it well, so I only cut it into triangles, which is not very beautiful, hee), and set aside.
  • Make step 5
    6
Remove the pan and put a little more oil, and start frying when it is 70% hot...
  • Make step 6
    7
When it is hot, add the chopped crispy slices. Fry it until it is golden on both sides and you can fish it out. (I used oil-absorbing paper to absorb the excess oil)
  • Make step 7
    8
Show you my failed work... Hehe, but fortunately this is only part of... Everything else was successful.
  • Make step 8
    9
Successful, happy... (This is just a few samples, I made a lot of them).
  • I just learned to make it-crispy rice Make Tips

The reason I failed was that the heat was too high, and the crispy rice got burnt. It's so frustrating.... When making it, definitely don't use high heat, or you'll end up like me. Of course, the original recipe uses scallions, but I used garlic powder. You can add other things too; sweet or savory, anything goes...
