Steps for Italian black tea and almond crackers

Remove the tea leaves from the black tea bag and soak in water for 5 minutes.

After the unsalted cream is softened at room temperature, add the powdered sugar, and stir well with a rubber spatula.

Sieve in low-gluten flour.

Add the black tea juice (together with the tea leaves) from Method 1, and mix slightly with a rubber spatula.

Add the almond slices and grasp with your hands to form a uniform dough.

Shape the dough by hand into a long strip about 3CM thick, and heat it to 180 degrees first. Bake at 150 degrees C for about 20 minutes, about 70% before baking.

Allow the baked dough to cool completely, and cut it into thin slices about 0.7CM thick.

After preheating the oven, bake back at 160 degrees above and below the heat for about 10 minutes. After turning off the heat, continue to simmer with remaining heat for 10 minutes.
