Steps for Beer wings

Wash the chicken wings, chop them in half, add cooking wine and cook for three to five minutes, remove and clean them, drain the water.2
Heat the pan to cool the oil, add ginger slices and chicken wings, stir fry until color changes, add cooking wine, star anise appropriate amount of soy sauce, and stir-fry until the chicken wings are evenly colored.3
Pour in a can of beer, appropriate amount of rock sugar, bring salt to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes, add a small spoon of balsamic vinegar, and collect the juice over high heat.Beer wings Make Tips
1. Since it is braised entirely in beer, do not use too much; just enough to cover the chicken will suffice. The heat should not be too low, otherwise the beer flavor will be trapped inside and fail to evaporate, compromising the final taste. Finally, uncover the pot and turn up the heat to reduce the sauce for a pure flavor.
2. Whole chicken wings do not absorb flavors easily. During preparation, you can make a couple of slits on the wings, or do as I did and cut the wings in half.
