pumpkin puree
This was the staple food last night. We used a small pumpkin and ate it all... I've done it several times before when I was treating guests, and I have received rave reviews. Now I would like to recommend it to you.

Steps for pumpkin puree

After washing it, hang it and peel it (it's great to use an iron spoon) to remove the flesh (it's still an iron spoon).

Then cut into pieces.

Throw it in the pan and cook it, not too much water, 500ml? Almost there.

It takes about 6 or 7 minutes after boiling, but it will be fine as long as it is cooked.

Then remove it and let it cool. Don't throw out the water used to cook the pumpkin.

Then use a blender to crush the cooled pumpkin.

You will find that the pumpkin is very smooth. If you add more water at one time, you may not be able to stir it. The water for boiling the pumpkin will come in handy at this time. Add water, add appropriate amount of water to boiling the pumpkin and stir it, but don't add too much at one time, it will only take half a cup (I just added more at one time, and it's almost full).
