Steps for beer duck

    Wash the duck meat and cut it into pieces, mix well with rice wine, soy sauce, salt, and onions and ginger for one night (preferably more than 3 hours); take out the cured duck meat and drain the water for later use, and keep the cured meat seasoning sauce.
