I hope everyone likes the snacks I invented.
The crispy one is a bit like the tartar base of a pie skin. The pudding tartar liquid made of egg yolk milk, coupled with soft roasted bananas, has a really unusual taste. Bake a few on Saturday morning, make it a bit extravagant breakfast with my sister, and get a happy start to the day's work: )

    The tart crust made with all-purpose flour will be a bit firmer. If you prefer a softer crust, you can use half all-purpose flour and half cake flour (although I haven't tried it, I think using only cake flour would result in a very soft texture).
