Steps for barbecued ribs

Wash the ribs, soak them in clear water for 30 minutes to soak in blood (this can remove the fishy smell), put the ribs into a crisper box, pour in the barbecue sauce, oyster sauce, verin and sugar, massage, marinate for 24-48 hours, turn them a few times halfway.
