- corn oil 1 tablespoon
- salt 1 tsp

- chicken essence 1 tsp

Steps for stir-fried grains

Wash the ingredients separately and cut into dices.

Heat the oil pan and add the sausage to stir up the oil.

Add carrots, stir-fry kale stems, add a little water and boil for 2 minutes.

Add corn kernels and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Add salt, sugar, chicken essence and chopped green onion and stir-fry well.
