Lidong dumplings

Lidong dumplings
It is easier to chop pork when cut into small pieces. It takes a while longer to chop the meat before it becomes mushy.
You can put shrimp into the dumplings one by one when you are wrapping it. I directly mix it with the stuffing and wrap it. This depends on the person, it's okay.
Don't chop leeks too finely.
Sesame oil can be replaced with old oil, which will be more fragrant. Lao oil is the oil we usually use to fry things.
I put a little sesame oil in for reference only. I didn't put it into the ingredients. This is based on personal taste.
I like to grab the stuffing directly with my hands. I think it can be more evenly mixed.(*^__^*) Hehe...
