Steps for stir-fried ears with golden needles

Ingredients: Flammulina velutipes, water-grown white fungus, water-grown black fungus, edamame, carrot, onion and ginger seasoning: salt, chicken soup, sesame oil, each appropriate amount

Remove the stalks of tremella and fungus, wash and tear the small flowers; remove the shells of edamame; wash, peel, and cut into threads as thick as a matchstick; slice the onions and ginger.

Put the oil in the pan on fire and heat it up. Add in the onion and ginger slices and saute until fragrant.

Add fungus, white fungus, edamame, and carrot, stir fry a few times.
