    Ingredients: Spanish mackerel, tomato seasoning: 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce, 1 small bowl of tomato sauce, rice wine, onion, ginger and garlic slices, salt, and sugar

    Wash the Spanish mackerel, remove the internal organs, and marinate in rice wine for 10 minutes.
