Love Black Tea Cake
Experts say that black tea is most suitable for drinking in winter and has antibacterial, detoxifying and nourishing effects. Accompanied by the afternoon sun, it's good to have a black tea cake to soothe your mood. The black tea in this cake was cooked by me myself. It tastes stronger and healthier than black tea powder ~

Steps for Love Black Tea Cake

1
Separate the egg white from the egg yolk, and store the egg white in an oil-free container for later use.
2
Make egg yolk paste first. Pour the soft sugar, salad oil and black tea water into the egg yolks and stir well.
3
Pour the sifted low-gluten flour and raisins into it and stir well.
4
Make a protein paste. Turn on the egg white at low speed first. Add salt and 1/2 white sugar and stir on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
5
Add the remaining 1/2 white sugar and beat on medium speed until neutral and frothy.
6
Mix the egg white paste and egg yolk paste. Pour 1/3 of the egg white into the egg yolk paste, stir until evenly mixed.
7
Pour it back into the remaining 2/3 of the protein paste, continue to stir up and down until it is fully mixed, and observe the color is even (the whole process should be light ~ so as not to foam the protein)
8
Pour the mixed cake paste into a heart-shaped mold and shake it twice on the chopping board to drive out the bubbles.
9
Put in the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 5 minutes, reduce to 150 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes. Observe that the surface is swollen and it is golden and ripe.
10
Remove the upside down and let it cool before demoulding. Cut a piece and you can eat it ~Love Black Tea Cake Make Tips
