Steps for stewed edamame

After soaking the edamame in clear water, cut off the head and tail, and place it into a bowl for later use.

Add appropriate amount of fine salt to the bowl and add water until close to the surface of edamame.

Put it in the pan and cook for 6-7 until ripe. Cool the cooked edamame in cold water, and remove it for later use.

Put the cooled edamame into a fresh-keeping bag.

Pour the fermented rice into the fresh-keeping bag of edamame. The amount is: soak 1/2 of the finished edamame.

Take a straw, insert it into a fresh-keeping bag, absorb the air in the bag, and tie and seal it in time.

Store the dried edamame with all the air removed in a refrigerator refrigerator below 10 degrees and above 0 degrees. It usually takes 1-2 hours to eat it; the best eating period is 5-36 hours; the storage period is preferably within 3 days (original state).
