Mango pudding

I made mango ice cream and mango pudding. They taste good and cool. They are best in summer. Unfortunately, Beijing was not too warm yesterday. I felt cold all over after eating them. However, ice cream can be eaten slowly in the refrigerator.

Steps for Mango pudding

Mangoes.

Peel and core mangoes.

Stir into mango puree.

Milk.

Heat the milk over medium heat for 10 minutes, add white sugar halfway to evaporate some of the water (say that high temperature will destroy the nutrition of the milk, so let's not talk about nutrition for the time being), stir constantly, otherwise milk skin will be formed. Don't leave during the heating process, be careful to overflow the pan, and finally let cool.

Soak the agar in water until soft.
