Steps for Braised chicken wings

1
Prepare some chicken wings. Personally, I prefer to defrost the wings that need to be thawed first, and wash the wings that do not need to be thawed for later use.
2
Brush twice on the chicken wings for easy taste.
3
Prepare some green onions, ginger slices, a small piece of cinnamon, two star anise, and a chicken soup-flavored soup (you can do without it).
4
Pour a little oil into the pan.
5
Heat the oil and add chopped ginger slices and chopped green onion.
6
Add the chicken wings and stir fry.
7
Pour a little cooking wine to enhance the aroma and remove the fishy smell.
8
Pour appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir fry and color.
9
One spoonful of white sugar,(increase or decrease according to personal taste).
10
Pour in clear water (soup is better) and pass over the chicken wings.
11
Add star anise and cinnamon (personally feel that too much spice should be added).
12
Put the thick soup into the pan and stir until melted. (This step without using thick soup treasure can be omitted).
13
The next step is to cover and cook over high heat. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer slowly. When I stew for about 20 minutes, I will remove the spices. You can cook more if you like a stronger flavor. Simmer for about 40 minutes, you can turn to the high heat to collect the soup and season it out of the pan. The chicken wings are very crispy and delicious, and the aroma is so fragrant.
