Shrimp and cauliflower

Children like to eat cauliflower and carrots, and these two dishes are often prepared at home. Cauliflower and carrots can be stored for a long time in the refrigerator and are very convenient to use. Green peppers were bought last time when I made pizza. Wrap up three of them and sell them together. Children don't like it very much. They only put half of it every time they cook. They can cook several times. It's worth the money.

Steps for Shrimp and cauliflower

Wash the shrimps and soak them in water to soften.

Peel the carrot and cut it into small pieces.

Cut cauliflower into small pieces, wash them, and soak them in light salt water.

Heat the oil pan, add the dried shrimps and stir fry.

Add carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the cauliflower and stir-fry well, pour in 2 tablespoons and boil for 3 minutes. (Stir fry halfway and let it heat evenly)

Add green pepper, salt, sugar and chicken essence and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
