Wash the ribs, chop them into pieces, soak them in water for 2 hours, and change the water 1-2 times in the middle.

Chop the garlic.

Add minced garlic, pepper, cooking wine, and salt to soaked pork ribs.

Mix well and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 24 hours.

Shred onions, cut green onions into chopped green onions.
