Broccoli sausage and egg rice
This time, I thought it out blindly, probably based on some principles of pot rice. However, if I say that people who can make pot rice will be despised, but let's despise it. Although what we make is not authentic pot rice, it tastes very good. It has many ingredients and rich nutrients. It is definitely suitable for people who lead the rice!:)

Steps for Broccoli sausage and egg rice

1
Slice the sausage thinly, put oil (more) into the pan, add the sausage and stir fry until fragrant.
2
Control the oil and remove it.
3
Wash the rice, pour the oil in a small 1/3 pot, stir, and add water to cook.
4
Pour out half of the oil in the pan, put it into a small bowl to beat the eggs, cut some shredded green onions, stir the eggs with the remaining oil in the pan, add the green onions, and then add the remaining sausage.
5
Wash broccoli and stir-fry with boiling water.
6
Break up and wash the mushrooms, and cut some green onions, ginger and garlic.
7
Put the oil you just put into a small bowl into the pan, stir-fry the onions, ginger and garlic, and add broccoli mushrooms.
8
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cooking wine, season with salt (because bibimbap is required, the condiments should be placed more), add a little water.
9
When the rice is almost ready, open the lid, add the sausage eggs, mix, and close the lid and cook (unfortunately, I deleted this photo, so I had to use a later photo to cover it).
10
Pour the stir-fried broccoli mushrooms with soup on the rice, stir for a while, and you can eat it.
