Ten years ago, when I first came to Beijing, I was short of money. In order to save money, I ate potatoes every day. They were cheap and full. One day I ran out of vinegar, so I replaced it with tomatoes. It was super delicious after making it. It's much better now than then. I still think it's delicious, and the babies also say it's delicious.
