Prepare the required materials.

Soak the white fungus first, wash it and tear the small flowers.

Wash the red dates, remove the cores, cut the pumpkin into small diced Chinese wolfberry and wash it for later use.

Add water to the pan and put tremella and red dates on high heat. Bring to a boil and turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes until the tremella is soft and glutinous.

Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and boil.
