2 eggs, 60g of white sugar, 100g of invert syrup, 4 g of baking soda, and 60 ml of salad oil.

Beat the eggs and add sugar, invert syrup, baking soda and salad oil to the eggs.

Pour the mixed egg mixture into the flour.

After kneading the dough, let it soak for 10 minutes.

Place the dough on the chopping board and knead it slightly.

Roll it into a rectangle about 3mm thick.

Spread the bean paste evenly on half of the dough.

Fold the other half of the dough, cover it over the bean paste filling, and pinch the edges.

Put it into the middle layer of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until the surface is painted and cooked.
