Gold BBQ roasted wings

Gold BBQ roasted wings
The "Chicago Steak" I made last time won a lot of COOK100 prizes during the event. There were 8 packs of different flavors of barbecue ingredients and several packs of vanilla ingredients. Yesterday, I used the gold medal BBQ barbecue ingredients to make roasted wings. The whole family liked it very much. The chicken wings still had to be roasted to taste best.

These chicken wings are too easy to make, so they definitely deserve to be used as an entry-level dish for the oven. You can make roasted wings that are not inferior to KFC with zero kitchen experience. So, if you haven't bought an oven, hurry up and enrich our dining table.

I have a pound of chicken wings here. I used 40 grams of roast meat and 100 grams of water, and mixed well. (Later, I felt that 100 grams of water was a little too much, but 50 grams would be enough)

Mix seasoning with chicken wings well.

Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it for more than 12 hours. It is best to turn it several times in the middle to allow the chicken wings to fully absorb the roast meat.

Place the chicken wings on the baking net and place them in the middle layer of the oven. Wrap the tips of the chicken wings with tinfoil.

Preheat the oven at 220 degrees C, bake for 5 minutes, brush with a thin layer of honey, continue to bake for 30 to 40 minutes, brush the honey again in the middle, turn over once or twice; finally adjust the temperature to 250 degrees C, and bake on both sides for 6 to 8 minutes until the chicken wings are golden. (Each person's oven temperature is different, please adjust the time according to the actual temperature of your oven)
