Boiled fish in tomato sauce
By SalmaBraun
It's a weird dish name, right?! To put it bluntly, it is a copycat version of boiled fish. I personally thought the real boiled fish was too oily and spicy, and I really couldn't stand it, so I improved it into a boiled fish that suits our family's taste.

Steps for Boiled fish in tomato sauce

1
Marinate the fish fillets with salt, wine, minced ginger, green onion, and corn flour first.
2
Cauliflower, bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage.
3
Onion, tomato, pepper.
4
Cut the Chinese cabbage and wash it.
5
Bring water to a boil, add the fish slices and slice them apart to avoid sticking together. Wait until the water turns on and off the heat to let the fish slices soak for one minute, so that the cooked fish slices will be tender.
6
Then I boil all the green vegetables. I like cauliflower, and my husband likes Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts.
7
Put the hot greens into a large bowl.
8
Put the fish slices on top.
9
Now it's the sauce part. Prepare 4 tomatoes, 3 onions, 2 ginger, 1 long pepper, and 1 millet pepper. Put them all into the conditioning machine. Add the water that was used to scalch the fish just now, cover the ingredients, and then Add lemon juice, sugar and salt, wine, a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, and beat into juice.
10
Remove from the pan and bring the sauce to a boil, and thicken it with water starch.
11
Sprinkle with some coriander and drizzle over the fish slices.Boiled fish in tomato sauce Make Tips
This sauce is very versatile. I use it to cook fish, ribs, hamburger steak, and teriyaki chicken, or serve it cold with a vegetable salad, which is also nice. The spicy and sour flavor is very appetizing; if you like it spicier, add more chili. Calling it "Boiled Fish" might be a bit of a stretch, but the fish fillets are indeed poached. To each their own.
