Grilled pork ribs with garlic
My son responded well to the big ribs I baked last time, so in addition to making a birthday cake for my friend's son, I also baked small ribs to celebrate his birthday. In foreign countries, if a party is held at home, the participating families will usually bring one or two specialty dishes (unless the host family has special instructions), so that the host family does not have to worry too much and work too hard, and guests can also taste the delicious food of each family. At the party, children find their own companions to play, and adults can also chat and talk about daily life.

This time I bought small ribs. The meat is not as thick as the large ribs, but the fat is less and the meat is tender. Add minced garlic and marinate. When grilled, the garlic aroma is very strong and delicious.

Steps for Grilled pork ribs with garlic

  • Make step 0
    1
Cut the ribs into 3 large pieces (because I don't have a large container to put the whole piece), use a fork to make small holes in the ribs to add flavor. Add marinade and marinate for 1 night, turning once or twice halfway.
  • Make step 1
    2
Wrap the ribs in tinfoil. (Because the ribs are thin, they won't be too dry when wrapped and roasted)
  • Make step 2
    3
Preheat the oven to 400F/200C, put the ribs in and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Make step 3
    4
Open the tinfoil paper, transfer the ribs to the roasting wire, brush with a layer of marinade, and bake on each side for 10 minutes. (Use chopsticks to tie it up. If it is easy to tie it in, it means you are cooked)
  • Make step 4
    5
Brush with honey on both sides and bake for 5 minutes each to color.
