Beer bread
By PenelopeHand
You don't use yeast to make dough, so it's quick. It's healthy without using any kind of oil, but it tastes just as good. The outer skin is crispy and the inside is soft. It's elastic because of the cheese. The beer also gives the bread a special aroma.
Steps for Beer bread

1
Beer doesn't match winter at all, and there are cans of summer stock in the refrigerator to make warm bread.
2
If you have hard cheese, rub it into silk first. The amount doesn't matter. I used red wave. Without cheese, it's a purer beer bread.
3
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and shredded cheese.
4
Add the beer and form a group. Because it's sticky, it's best not to use your hands.
5
Coat the bread mold with butter. I used baking paper to lay it on the mold to save the oil. I could also use aluminum foil instead. I poured the dough into the mold and smoothed the surface slightly.6
Set the oven to 175 degrees for baking, preheat for 10 minutes, and place the bread in the middle layer for about 50 minutes. The size and power of the oven are different, so it is best to insert a bamboo stick into the center of the bread. If it is clean after taking out, it means that it is ready.

There is little sugar, so it is not very sweet and belongs to the staple food bread.
