raisin cheese muffin
By JodieHintz
The cheese will completely change the taste of muffin and become very textured and elastic. It will no longer be loose and soft. The strong milky aroma when it is still roasted makes people salivate. Raisins can also be replaced with peeled and chopped apples. I once replaced them with fresh blueberries, and the Malfin looks very cute.

Steps for raisin cheese muffin

1
Combine buttermilk, eggs, olive oil, and vanilla extract and set aside.
2
Grind the cheese into threads, I used a cart to make it. You can also use other kinds of hard cheese.
3
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking powder, and salt.
4
Add the mixed liquid to the flour and mix well.
5
Add raisins and shredded cheese and mix well.
6
Pour into the mold.
7
Set the oven to 180 degrees, bake, preheat for 10 minutes, place the muffin the middle layer for about 20 minutes, or until the surface is almost solidified, replace with the upper layer and heat it until golden brown. You can use a bamboo stick to insert it into the center. After taking out, it will be clean and it will be baked. Remove from the mold and let cool.
