Seaweed and meat floss cookies
This cookie was originally made for her daughter, but it became so popular with children that they were packed away by LG's sister's daughter. She had to make it again for her daughter. She had no choice but to love it! What's more, she has to work hard to gain weight. If only she could give her the meat on my body, then everyone would be happy!

Steps for Seaweed and meat floss cookies

1
Mix flour, baking powder, seaweed and meat floss well.
2
Leave the butter at room temperature for 1.5-2 hours to soften (be careful not to turn into a liquid), add sugar, and beat with an egg beater until the volume expands and the color is milky white.
3
Add the beaten egg mixture in portions and stir well.
4
Pour in the powder, squeeze it into a ball with your hands, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 15-30 minutes. You can't knead it, otherwise the muscles won't be crispy. (I forgot to take photos at this step). Wrap the chopping board and rolling pin with plastic wrap respectively, place the dough on the chopping board, and roll it into large thin slices.
5
Use cookies to press the shape.
6
Preheat oven to 350F/180C and bake for 15 minutes, or until slightly golden brown. (The time depends on the oven, but I baked it for 25 minutes).
