Traditional dim sum bean paste crisp
By ElijahJacobs
Introduce a traditional snack to my relatives, which is still a common snack when I was a child. I feel that the things I grew up with are always so cordial! It's still a snack ~ It's still a bean paste filling ~ It's still full of memories. I hope you like it as much as I do!

Steps for Traditional dim sum bean paste crisp

1
Prepare the required materials.
2
Remove 400g of flour.
3
Beat the eggs, add sugar, invert syrup, baking soda and salad oil to the eggs and stir well.
4
Pour the mixed egg mixture into the flour.
5
After kneading the dough, let it soak for 10 minutes.
6
Place the dough on the chopping board and knead it slightly.
7
Divide into small doses of uniform size and weighing about 30g. Divide the bean paste into 20g small balls.
8
Press the small dose flat, wrap in the bean paste filling, close the mouth down, and adjust the shape to form a slightly flat ball.
9
Put it into the baking sheet and brush the egg liquid on the surface. I made three more cuts on the surface. It's a small shape ~ ha (the three long strips are to save space on the baking sheet ~).
10
Put it into the middle layer of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until the surface is painted and cooked.
11
Put it on a plate and let it dry for a while ~ you can eat it when it doesn't burn your mouth!
