Spicy sweet and sour fish nuggets

Steps for Spicy sweet and sour fish nuggets

Wash grass carp to control moisture.

Remove the fishy lines on both sides of the fish.

Remove the fish head and cut the fish body into pieces.

Add white wine, salt, pepper, pepper powder and vinegar and marinate for 30 minutes.

Take a bowl and add water, soy sauce, sweet and sour starch to blend into a bowl of juice.

Wrap the marinated fish pieces evenly with starch.
