    Put all the seasonings together into the whole chicken and wrap them with plastic wrap. Marinate for about 12 to 24 hours.

    String the whole chicken from mouth to tail over a roasting fork (I personally think the chicken's butt has a sexy smell, so it has been cut off), and wrap the wings and chicken feet with tin foil. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees for 5 minutes, add the whole chicken, and place a baking sheet below to cover the oil residue. Bake the whole chicken at 175 degrees for 10 minutes, remove and apply with marinade.

    Bake at 150 degrees for 30 minutes, applying honey twice during this period.
