Steps for braised tofu

1
Beat two eggs, add a spoonful of starch, stir well, sift, put the cut tofu into the egg liquid, evenly coated with egg liquid.
2
Place the tofu wrapped in egg liquid in a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
3
Put the fried tofu on a plate for later use.
4
Prepare to ground pork.
5
Cut the red peppers into diced pieces, or add a green pepper into diced pieces. Chop the onions, ginger and garlic separately, mix well, and add the tempeh sauce. (I didn't add it because the two people in my family didn't like it)
6
Heat the oil, pour in the minced pork and stir-fry until it changes color, sprinkle with cooking wine, then add in the green pepper and green onion, ginger and garlic, stir fry until fragrant.
7
Pour in the soy sauce. My family likes the soy sauce to be heavy, so I use soy sauce and add more; after the soy sauce is added, add a small spoon of spicy fresh food, a small spoon of sugar, a little salt and chicken essence.
8
Pour in the tofu and simmer until the soup is thick, remove from the pot, place on a plate, and sprinkle with some chopped green onion.
