Steps for gimbap

Shred carrots and blanch them in boiling water (my mother doesn't like raw radishes); cut crab meat sticks into strips and blanch them; cut ham into strips, wash and drain the lettuce.

Spread the seaweed on the bamboo curtain, and then spread the rice (the spoon used to press the rice should be dipped in water to make it easier to press).

Spread some ketchup on the rice (or not, I made both).

Add lettuce, crab meat stick and ham strips in turn.

Add shredded carrots and small whitebait.

Use a bamboo curtain to roll up the kimbai rice and compact it.
