Steps for Jade Yimian

Serve the bones and prepare the soup.

Prepare the meatballs (cut in half, then cross into flowers) and spinach noodles.

Soak and wash the dried shrimps (do not throw away the water used to wash the dried shrimps), cut the celery into bits for later use.

Add the bones to make the soup into the soup pot, add a proper amount of warm water, then add the dried shrimps and pour in the dried shrimps water.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the meatballs and cook until the meatballs bloom.
