Steps for Papaya fish head soup

Wash the fish head and add cooking wine, remove the fishy smell of ginger slices for half an hour, fry all ingredients in a frying pan and place them in a sand pot.2
Bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat for one hour until the papaya is soft.3
