apple cider vinegar
By SidDietrich
Apple cider vinegar is a substance that tastes acidic but is alkaline when it enters the body. Alkaline constitution is more resistant than acidic constitution. It is also beneficial to the growth of probiotics in the field and promotes the excretion of fat and cholesterol. It is rich in vitamins. It can also beautify your skin. It is a good drink. Make a bottle yourself now ~

Steps for apple cider vinegar

1
Ingredients required: 1 bottle of rice vinegar, 3 green apples, appropriate amount of rock sugar.
2
Wash the apples, wipe off the moisture and slice them.
3
Then cut the apple slices into dice (you can also cut them directly into thin skins).
4
Take a small part of the chopped diced apple and place it into the bottle.
5
Add another layer of rock sugar.
6
Use the same method, one layer of apples and one layer of rock sugar, to fill the bottle (I used the Ikea glass bottle for three apples is just right).
7
Pour rice vinegar into the bottle.
8
The amount of vinegar should not exceed all ingredients.
9
Take a plastic wrap and cover the bottle mouth (I don't think this bottle is very airtight, so if it is sealed, there will be no need for plastic wrap).
10
Just put the lid on it.
11
Gently move the jar to a cool and ventilated place, and open the cap at intervals to allow it to breathe.
12
Two months later, it was fermented and the color turned yellow.
13
Put a little in the cup.
14
Add boiled water in a ratio of 1:8 and you can drink it. It tastes the same as the apple cider vinegar sold outside.
15
Pour away the apples inside without leaving only the raw vinegar. Put them into a small bottle and transfer them to the refrigerator for preservation.apple cider vinegar Make Tips
1. Seal it tight and keep it in a cool, ventilated place; open the lid every three to five days to let it air out.
2. Since vinegar fermentation produces acetic acid, you must use glass bottles; plastic ones cannot be used.
3. When diluting the original vinegar with water, it is best to use cooled boiled water; do not use hot water, as it makes the smell strong and very sour.
