Some time ago, I finally bought freshly squeezed rapeseed oil from my uncle. It smells so fragrant. I like vegetables fried with rapeseed oil best. Compared with ordinary blended oil, it is definitely not an ordinary taste. But now it is becoming increasingly difficult to find authentic rapeseed oil in cities. Fortunately, farmers now squeeze it themselves on my uncle's farm.
This fried rice is also stir-fried with rapeseed oil, which is very fragrant
