Steps for Braised mackerel fish

Chop green onions, ginger, garlic, and peppers.

Spread the fish evenly on it.

Add oil into the pan, add the fish and fry it until yellow on both sides, and then place 1 on top of the fish.

Pour a bowl and a half of water into the pan and bring to a boil, add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and cooking wine, cover and cook.

Shred the spring onions.

When half a bowl of water is left in the pan, add MSG, pepper and then add the chopped shredded green onions, and then pour the soup on the fish.
