stir-fried balsam pear with soy sauce dace
By AdellaKihn
Canned dace has disappeared for a while. Recently, I saw some on sale, but the price has become much more expensive. It is more expensive than ribs. I am so dizzy. But I couldn't help but buy a can and stir-fry the bitter gourd casually. I didn't expect it to be quite delicious.

Pour the bitter gourd through cold water to keep it green and crispy.

Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the fermented soybeans.

Add sugar and salt and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes.
