Steps for Grilled pork ribs with black pepper and garlic

1
Wash the ribs, chop them into one-inch sections, and drain.
2
Add all the seasonings except the black pepper grains and marinate, seal, place in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours, and finally marinate overnight.
3
Spread tin foil on a baking plate, and then spread washed and drained cabbage cakes.
4
Put on the ribs.
5
Brush with a layer of oil, preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, and place the ribs into the grill to color.
6
After the ribs are roasted and colored, they need to be sprinkled with a layer of black pepper grains. I use the freshly ground one. Turn the cover directly against the ribs, sprinkle the ground black pepper grains on the ribs, and continue to bake for 5 minutes.
7
Turn over, brush with oil, roast to color, sprinkle with black pepper, and continue to roast until the meat and bones of the ribs can be easily separated.
