Cut the green onions into small pieces; remove the head, tail and core of the apple, cut into small diamond-shaped dices and soak with seasoning (1) for 10 minutes.

Only use egg whites, not yolks. You can use an egg separator or a spoon to separate the yolk directly. The chopped green onions should be added last! I didn't know that the first time and added them early; they turned yellow and I had to remove them. It wasn't as pretty without the green.
