Minced garlic and oily vegetables

Oiled vegetables are also called A dishes, duck dishes. I love the smell of it. I used to buy it often, but now it has become very expensive and I can't bear to buy it often. Yesterday I saw the vegetables were fresh and tender, so I bought a handful. When I went home to fry them, I realized I forgot to buy garlic. Fortunately, we have dried minced garlic at home.

- oil 1.5 tablespoons
- salt 1 teaspoon
- sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- chicken essence 1/2 teaspoon
- salty and fresh

Steps for Minced garlic and oily vegetables

Wash the oily vegetables and pick small pieces.

Heat the oil pan and saute the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the oily vegetables.

Stir fry until soft, season with salt, sugar and chicken essence.
