Miso pickled bitter gourd

LG loves hardship very much. This pickled bitter gourd suits him very well, and he almost ate the entire plate. I don't recommend making this dish for students who can't endure hardship. If you want to cook it, it's best to use white jade bitter gourd or boil the bitter gourd in water first.

Steps for Miso pickled bitter gourd
