Poached egg with fermented rice
I didn't use up the glutinous rice used to make Zhen cake glutinous rice yesterday, and there was still less than half of it. I flipped through the grain and left an egg ~~ I used it to make a convenient breakfast this morning-glutinous rice poached eggs.

    Put two bowls of water in the pan, bring to a boil, and add the glutinous rice

    Boil the glutinous rice paste (my electric rice cooker has a low power ratio. The water temperature immediately drops when the glutinous rice paste is put in, so I boil it again before putting in the eggs)

    The sweet rice wine is naturally sweet, and I made it quite concentrated, so there's no need to add any sugar~~
