Steps for Simple Sushi

Fry the egg skin and cut it into shreds.

Cut cucumbers into thin strips and set aside, peel tomatoes and cut into thin strips for set aside (picture omitted).

Lay a sheet of seaweed on the sushi curtain.

Place the rice (hot) with a little sugar on the seaweed and flatten it with a spoon.

Add shredded egg skins, cucumber and tomato strips and roll up.

Cut into appropriate length sections and plate.
