Minced pork and tofu

The dietary source of vegetable protein intake is nothing more than soy products. In addition to drinking soy milk every day, it is also often accompanied by eating some tofu. Steps for Minced pork and tofu

Remove the pork and defrost it.

Freeze the frozen tofu in advance and cut into cubes.

Cut the frozen pork into minced meat.
