carrot and walnut cake

Steps for carrot and walnut cake

Sift all powdered substances (including flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract) and mix well.

Stir eggs and salad oil well.

Pour the mixed eggs and salad oil into the powder mixture and stir well. (This will be very thick after mixing ~ but don't worry...)

Add shredded carrots and chopped walnuts and mix well. (After adding shredded carrot, there is a lot of water, and the wet consistency is just right ~)

Spread butter on the inside of the baking box and pour the mixed cake solution into it.

Preheat the oven to 190C (375F) and bake for about 30 minutes. Use a toothpick and tie it until there is nothing sticky on it when taking out.
