Steps for Double-color doughnut

The butter softens at room temperature.

Add egg whites and beat quickly with an egg beater until a uniform paste is made.

Sieve in low-gluten flour.

Use a rubber spatula to mix into dough.

Divide the dough into two equal portions, add corn flour and matcha powder respectively to make two-color dough, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Take 5 grams of dough each and knead it by hand into strips of about 5CM.

Combine the two colors of dough and roll up in opposite directions.

Then place it on the chopping board and gently push forward to about 12CM.

Finally, glue both ends tightly into a loop.

Drain into the oven, preheat to 150 degrees, medium for 20 minutes.
