Steps for Wenbo 'erli

Ingredients: Crystal pear (best in Sydney), hawthorn (hard) Seasoning: white sugar, brown sugar (after boiling the hawthorn flour, the soup water is light in color and used for coloring).

Wash and peel the crystal pears, and cut them into evenly slices; wash and remove the seeds.
