There are two yogurt maniacs in my family, my husband and daughter. These two babies in my family both love yogurt very much (in fact, I also quite like it, haha). Yogurt is rich in protein, calcium, and lactic acid bacteria. Drinking it properly is still very healthy for your body.

1. Making yogurt at home requires some ready-made yogurt as a starter. The general ratio of yogurt to milk is 1:4. Be sure to choose yogurt without added thickeners.
2. It is best to use an airtight glass container for fermenting yogurt. It should be free of water and oil, and preferably scalded with boiling water beforehand.
3. During fermentation, it is best to place it in a relatively warm place. If you are in the North, you can put it on a radiator; if in the South, just put it under a quilt.
4. The finished yogurt should be pure white and thick with no whey separation.
5. If not finished, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed as soon as possible.
