Steps for tomato scrambled eggs

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and stir the eggs with chopsticks.

Remove the oil from the pan, add the egg liquid after the oil is heated, and fry into a cake.

Shovel the eggs into small pieces and serve out.

Leave a small amount of oil in the pan and saute chopped green onion into the pan. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry to make sauce.

Add the scrambled eggs.

Add a small amount of water and salt and simmer for 3 minutes.
